As Deputy Director, Group Communications and Branding, I was in charge of the entire spectrum of digital marketing and communications content and channels/platforms including social media (LinkedIn, Facebook and WeChat); the group website, www.surbanajurong.com, and the intranet. I was also the Chairperson of the Surbana Jurong Singapore CSR Function and Committee, and I spearheaded all global and Singapore CSR and community engagement initiatives. At the same time, I managed internal/employee and external communications including PR and media as well as Senior Management and Group CEO thought leadership and communications, crisis communications and issues management for the group across all geographies, business units and entities.
