As the Head of Marketing and Communications, Marsh Asia, I supervise a team of regional and in-market Marketing and Communications professionals across the Asian region, and I work closely with the team as well as regional and country CEOs, sales and business leaders, and Marsh & McLennan entities to develop and execute diverse and integrated marketing and communications strategies and initiatives across Asia to support revenue growth, and enhance and protect Marsh’s reputation. Specifically, I am responsible for the following areas:
Overall sponsorship budget and programme for the region
Marsh and McLennan branded and sponsored business events, conferences, functions and seminars
Digital marketing and website content
Client communications and media relations
Crisis communications and issues management
Mergers and acquisitions – internal and external communications
Marketing and sales collaterals
Media materials (press releases, Q&As, briefing documents, etc)
Thought leadership, white papers, and case studies
Senior Management communications and all internal communications
Planning and deployment of the marketing and communications budget across Asia
Ensuring regulatory compliance pertaining to all marketing and communications activities
